Widespread Panic Set to Jam at Gexa Energy Pavilion in Dallas on 2011-06-17
04-01-11 Calling all spreadheads to hop on their 'love tractors' and head out to Gexa Energy Pavilion with Widespread Panic. The band has announced plans to play Gexa Energy Pavilion on 2011-06-17. If you have never seen a Widespread Panic show before, you are in for a treat, as JB, Dave Schools and newly acquired guitarist, Jimmy Herring put together jams that keep the crowd grooving and happy. Between the screaming solo's of Herring, the jammy beats from Dave School’s bass, and the husky voice of lead man John Bell, W.S.P. has put together a formula for great music that attracts an eclectic following combined of college students, old rockers and jam band lovers. The tour is in support of Widespread Panic’s newest album 'Free Somehow,' but don’t think that you won’t hear some Widespread Panic classics. The first summer show for Widespread Panic will be at the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Tennessee. Make sure to come out and jam at the Gexa Energy Pavilion, as we are all certainly guaranteed a great time.
