Since playing their first gig together in 1976, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with Joe Cocker have continued to pump out hits popular with both Rock and Folk enthusiasts. Though Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with Joe Cocker broke up for four years in 1987, so that Petty could pursue a solo career and some side projects, the band reunited in 1991 to produce on of their most popular albums, 'Into the Great Wide Open.' Since then, the band hasn’t looked back, and continues to tour and sell out wherever they play.
