Announced at the end of June, Gavin Degraw’s tour will be visiting 27 U.S. cities in support of his new, self-titled album. Gavin Degraw, released in May, is the highly anticipated follow up to his platinum selling debut album Chariot. Chariot featured hits such as “Follow Through,” “Chariot” and “I Don’t Want to Be,” which was popularized as the theme song to the famed TV show One Tree Hill.
