Candlebox is back together again and in Dallas on 08-01
03-31-08 The long awaited full-length album 'Into the Sun' featuring the hit single 'Stand' will hit stores this July 22nd of 2008. Get your copy and catch Candlebox live at The Palladium Ballroom in Dallas. Candlebox also performs the singles Surrendering, A Kiss Before and Bitches Brewin'.
Candlebox's self-titled debut was released in 1993, and while the first single, 'Change,' built them a following, it wasn't until 1994, when the follow-up, 'You,' appeared, that the group really started to take off. 'You' gave Candlebox a breakthrough hit on mainstream rock radio, which set the stage for the success of 'Far Behind,' a power ballad for the grunge era. 'Far Behind' was a major hit on both mainstream and alternative radio, and also made the pop Top 20; its exposure helped Candlebox climb into the Top Ten on the LP chart and eventually sell over three million copies.
Many great artists have come out of Seattle, Washington, and Candlebox is definitely worth seeing live at The Palladium Ballroom. Coming out during the grunge era Candlebox stayed true to themselves with more of a rock & roll sound. Those of you that have seen a Candlebox show know that it will be a memorable experience. Candlebox's shows bring a mix of rock and blues fans.
